Case Management

The Open Door Network case managers are “reimagineers”. They are experts in providing support for domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, housing, shelter services and gaining an income. Some of their everyday work includes:

  • Serve as an advocate for those experiencing violence or homelessness
  • Develop individualized case plans
  • Support, develop and maintain client’ self-sufficiency
  • Target and improve conditions which impede client progress or the maintenance of progress
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with individuals and community agencies
  • Assess community resources
  • Participate in comprehensive and collaborative planning and coordination
